LumosClean (焕橪清洁) provides cleaning services in Perth and Melbourne. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you request a booking or send us a message, we collect:
- your name, phone number and email address;
- your postcode, preferred date and notes, the details of your home and quote, and your address once we confirm the booking;
- anything you tell us by phone, email, WhatsApp or WeChat.
If you book through our online calendar, the details you enter there are collected by our booking provider, Zoho, and passed to us.
How we use it
We use your information to quote, confirm and carry out your clean, contact you about your booking, handle re-cleans and payment, and keep the records we need for tax and legal reasons. We do not sell or rent your information, and we only send you marketing if you ask for it.
When you visit our website
- Your language choice is saved in your browser (local storage), so the site opens in that language next time.
- If you choose a city, a cookie named "city" remembers it for up to a year.
- To show the right city's page, our website host reads your approximate region from your IP address. We do not store it.
- We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
Who we share it with
Our cleaning team sees the details needed for your job. Outside the team, we share information only with the services that run our business: Vercel (website hosting), Google (email and fonts) and Zoho (online booking calendar). Some of them store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We share it with anyone else only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep booking and message records while we need them for your booking and for our tax and legal records, then delete them. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
