Common questions
Is the online price the final price?
Yes. The calculator gives one fixed price for the home you describe, with no hidden fees. Areas further away add $30 travel per visit, shown as its own line. Homes over 300 m² or with 6+ bedrooms, and addresses outside our area, get a guide price that we confirm with you first. If the home turns out different from the booking, for example more rooms, we agree any change with you before we start.
What does an end of lease clean include?
The whole home, inside: the kitchen including the cooktop and rangehood, bathrooms, inside windows, inside cupboards, a light wipe-down of wall marks, skirting boards and floors. Oven, heavy wall stain removal, fridge, dishwasher, blinds and carpet steam cleaning are add-ons, priced only if needed, so you never pay for what your home does not have. Outside windows, balcony, garage and other extras can be added in the calculator.
Do you guarantee I get my bond back?
Your landlord or property manager decides on the bond, so no cleaner can honestly guarantee it. What we do promise: if your agent finds a cleaning issue in an area we cleaned within one month of the clean, tell us and we come back to fix it for free.
What is an inspection clean?
A detailed clean before your property manager's routine inspection, while you still live in the home. It goes further than a regular clean (skirting boards, marks on surfaces, more detail in the kitchen and bathrooms) but is less than a full end of lease clean.
When do I pay?
After the clean is finished. Nothing is charged when you book.
Can I cancel or change the date?
Yes. Cancelling or rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before your booking. Call, message or email us.
Do your prices include GST?
We are not registered for GST, so no GST is added. The price shown is the full price.
Do I need to provide anything?
Just access, power and hot water. We bring our own cleaning products and equipment. Tell us about parking, keys or pets in the booking notes.
